Note that this is built on the existing Online Medical Incident
review feature written four years ago. Therefore, some Online Medical
features are also present. This is a bonus, but also could be a liability
in that this code has not been tested after numerous changes to the
desktop Medical features over the years. |
| Starting a New Application (Generic Link) |
| Per request, we now a generic link which could be given
to any potential applicant. This link is NOT chapter-specific. Once
the user clicks on it, he/she has to select their appropriate chapter
from a popup, then they can continue. Note that the chapter-specific
links below still function. AMIGOS can decide which link(s) to use. |
